Aaron Royce Marshall, 74, passed away on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, May 5, 2023, at 10:00 A.M. at Dighton Marler Funeral Home of Perry.
Aaron was born on February 18, 1949, to Gerald and Deloris Marshall. He grew up on a farm east of Perry and graduated from Morrison High School in 1967. He joined the United States Navy in 1968 and was honorably discharged in 1972. He married Jolinda Aaron on August 3, 1968, at Highland Park Free Will Baptist Church in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
Aaron was a machinist by trade but enjoyed playing guitar and was in the band The Coachmen in his younger days. He also loved flying RC planes and spending time with his family.
Aaron is preceded in death by wife Jolinda and his parents, Gerald and Deloris.
He is survived by his children Brad Marshall and his wife Danette and Jason Marshall. He is also survived by his grandchildren Steven Marshall and fiancé Katie Wieser, Amanda Marshall Keating and husband Kelly, Tyler Marshall, Caitlin Marshall, Tanner Marshall, and Maddie Marshall and one great-grandchild Lyla Keating, as well as his sibling Monee Marshall-Hook, sister-in-law Dorene Hudson and brother-in-law Dwayne Aaron.
