Albert Leslie Fisher, 74, of Stillwater, Oklahoma, died Sunday, August 31, 2008, at the Stillwater Medical Center.
Albert was born August 25, 1934, in Glendale, California, to Aldene (Gillis) and Paul John Fisher. He worked in the aircraft industry as a supervisor for S.P.S Technologies. He enjoyed traveling, especially to Reno, Nevada to attend the air shows. Albert enjoyed camping and fishing. He also enjoyed learning about ghost towns as a part of his travels. He liked music, particularly jazz and bluegrass.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Dean Fisher.
He is survived by his daughter, Betty Rollings and her husband Barry of Stillwater, OK; two sisters, Cindy Craft and her husband Fred of Paramount, California; Mary Conner and her husband David of Prescott, Arizona; six grandchildren, Adrienne Carey and husband Tony Carey, Jacqueline Gilreath, Samantha Craft, Jeanette Atteberry and husband Ryan Atteberry, Joshua Connor and wife Kim and Heather Craft.
The family has chosen to have Mr. Fisher cremated according to his wishes. His remains will be placed at rest in California near his parents. There will be no local services, but condolences may be sent via the funeral home website, www.pmcfh.com
