After a long battle with Cancer, Alice Maxine Livingston (Patterson), age 76, of Perry, Oklahoma formerly of Oklahoma City, OK has entered into a place of no pain and can now rest. Maxine passed away on November 28, 2009. Maxine was born in 1933 in Southeast Oklahoma to Jeannie and Herbert Patterson. She married Wayne Livingston in 1950, moving from southeast Oklahoma in 1953. Maxine and Wayne lived in Southwest Oklahoma City until 2007, at which time their health brought them to live in Perry, OK. Maxine worked from home for many years doing ironings and babysitting nephews and grandchildren. Her entire life revolved around her children and grandchildren, they were all special to her. She is survived by her daughters and spouses; Deborah Smith and husband Fred of Perry; OK, Pam Burleson and husband Chris of Moore, OK; Brother; J.C Patterson of New Jersey and Sister; Dixie Ethridge of Arkansas. Maxine is also survived by five grandchildren; Gene Big Soldier of Carney, OK, Marcia Smith-Fields of Sapulpa, OK, Tonya Marrs Davis, of Edmond, OK, Dustin Warden of Perry, OK and Dylan Warden of Moore, OK as well as ten great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Maxine is survived by a very special sister-n-law Opal Hinsley of New Mexico and a special friend of fifty plus years, Betty Eakes of Oklahoma City. Preceding her in death is her husband, Wayne Livingston, her parents, four sisters and two brothers. Services for Alice M. Livingston are scheduled for 11:00 am Thursday, December 3, 2009 at the Perry Funeral Home Chapel with her Grandson Gene Big Soldier officiating.
