Billie Ray Schneider, age 86, resident of Stillwater, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 16, 2024 in Stillwater surrounded by his loving family. Bill's family is composing a meaningful obituary and will be published here soon. They are planning a Celebration of Life service in the spring. Details will be posted as soon as they become available.

Bill will be laid to rest beside his loving wife in the Fairmont Cemetery in Follett, Texas.
