Funeral services for Blanche M. Hunt, age 67, of Perry have been entrusted to the Perry Funeral Home and will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 7, 2009 in the Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Greg Stone officiating. Burial will follow in the Grace Hill Cemetery. The daughter of the late George Rezac and Helen (Bruey) Rezac, Blanche was born on May 3, 1941 in Anthony, Kansas. Blanche was raised in the Caldwell, KS area and eventually moved to Perry in 1992 where she worked for Mr. C"s for more than 15 years. In her spare time she enjoyed fishing and gardening but most of all she loved playing with her grandchildren. Survivors include her two sons, Sam Hunt and his wife Kaho of Perry, OK and Rocky Hunt and his wife Amanda of Perry; two daughters, Alberta Weber and her husband Ken of Perry and Wanda Gosser of Emporia, KS; two brothers, Duane Ronson of Independence, MO and Ed Rezac of Cortez, CO; two sisters, El Nita Miller of Oklahoma City and Mary Schmitz of Wakita, OK; 16 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, one son, George Hunt and one grandson, Keith Martin, preceded Blanche in death. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. and on Monday and Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. The family will be receiving friends on Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
