Bobby Partridge

Bobby Partridge, 79, passed from this life on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 in Tulsa, OK. Services have been entrusted to the care of Palmer Marler Funeral Home. The Partridge family has requested to have a private family service at a later date.
Bobby was born on June 16, 1935 in Chandler, OK to Cecil and Juanita (Thompson) Partridge. He grew up in the Agra/Avery area and graduated from Agra High School in 1954. Bobby joined the Navy and served his country proudly for six years. After leaving the service, he met the love of his life, Naomi. They were married on July 8, 1961 at Springdale Baptist Church in Tulsa, OK. During their marriage, they had two boys, Greg and Griffin. He loved spending time with his boys and grandkids. He loved to pass on his knowledge about fishing and hunting to his family. Bobby passed his love of the outdoors to his children and grandchildren.
Bobby loved spending time in the outdoors, hunting and fishing. He enjoyed being an assistant master scout to his boys scout troops. During his younger years, he competed in many fishing tournaments. Bobby enjoyed old muscle cars and watching different sports like boxing, football, and basketball. For many years, Bobby ushered at the University of Tulsa football and basketball games. He enjoyed telling stories of his many fishing and hunting adventures. Bobby never met a stranger. He would treat everyone like they were family. Bobby was a fun loving guy who had a great sense of humor. He would pull pranks on family and friends to keep life fun and happy.
Bobby loved Lord Jesus Christ and his family. He will be missed by all.
Bobby is preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Juanita (Thompson) Partridge and two sisters Ruth Ann Brannon and Lula Kifer.
Bobby is survived by his loving wife, Naomi (Murrell) Partridge; two sons, Greg Partridge and wife, April, Griffin Partridge and wife, Cheryl; seven siblings, Gene Partridge, Jesse Partridge, Jim Partridge, Kenneth Partridge, Virgil Partridge, Boyd Partridge, Stella Hubbard, Dorothy Buser; eight grandchildren: Emily, Sam, Sarah, Aaron and wife, Katie, Bryce, Brayden, Garret, Ayden; one great-grandchild, Ethan.
