Brenda Lynn (Amacher) Coe, 38, of Glencoe, Ok passed from this life on Friday, December 12, 2014 in Stillwater, Oklahoma. A memorial mass will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday Dec. 20, 2014 at the Sacred Heart Church in Effingham, IL. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, December 22, 2014 at Southside Baptist Church in Stillwater, OK.
Brenda was born on Feb 17, 1976 in Effingham, IL to Dennis Frederick Amacher and Judith Ann Heuerman. During her elementary school years Brenda's family moved to Stillwater where she was raised. She graduated from Stillwater High School in 1994 and spent the next couple of years working as a teller at Liberty Federal Savings Bank. In 1996, she married the love of her life and her best friend Brandon Louis Coe. Brenda enrolled at Oklahoma State University and spent the next few years going to school and working at Atwoods as an office assistant. Following her graduation from OSU in 2004, Brenda and Brandon relocated to Illinois where Brenda accepted a job as a department manager for Menards Home improvement Store.
In 2007, Brenda returned to the banking industry, working at Midland States Bank as a quality control specialist and banking supervisor for 5 years. In 2008, the Coes welcomed a daughter, Gracie Lynn Coe to their family and in 2009 they welcomed twin boys Paden Lloyd Coe and Trenton Louis Coe.
In 2012 the family moved back to Oklahoma to be near Brandon's family. They settled in Glencoe and Brenda began working as a lending support specialist for Farm Credit Services of East Central Oklahoma. Brenda loved working for FCS and made many wonderful friends there.
Brenda was very active in her local community. She was a member of the Young Professionals of Stillwater and she served as the secretary/treasurer for the Red Dirt Whitetails, an official chapter of Whitetails Unlimited. She was a compassionate and generous woman with a huge heart. She rarely missed a chance to participate in local blood drives and she spent months growing her hair out so she could donate her hair to Locks of Love. She enjoyed collecting cups and saucers, being outdoors, camping, and shooting firearms with Brandon. She was usually working on some type of project and she crocheted beautiful scarves for her family and friends. Brendas faith was an important part of her life. She was raised in a traditional Catholic home and although she attended Southside Baptist Church in Stillwater for many years, she still held on to many of the Catholic beliefs and traditions.
Brenda Lynn Coe was a quiet and reserved woman who was a good listener, but wouldnt hesitate to speak up if she had something you needed to hear. She was very independent and could always be counted on to offer good advice. She loved to see others happy and her smile could light up a room. Her family was always her first priority and she was the happiest when she was surrounded by them. Brenda loved her children and was very proud of them and Brenda and Brandon were as in love with each other on the day she passed as they were on the day they were married. Brenda packed more special moments and memories into her short 38 yrs of life than most people could pack into 100 yrs and she will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Brenda was preceded in death by her grandparents. She is survived by her husband Brandon, of the home. Three children: Gracie Lynn, Paden Lloyd, and Trenton Louis Coe, of Glencoe. Parents: Dennis and Judy Amacher, of Effingham, IL. Two siblings: Tina Marie Amacher and Sara Ann Muma and husband Bill.
