Carl Eugene Jackson

Memorial services for Carl Eugene Jackson, age 78, of Perry, OK were held at 10:00 am, Thursday, April 16, 2009 at the Grace Hill Cemetery with Rick Rhodes officiating, Mr. Jackson was born on December 31, 1929 in Stone County, MO to William Lee and Gladys Eva (Dillard) Jackson. He was the youngest of five children. He was raised in Red Rock, OK and attended Red Rock School. Carl was united in marriage to Rose Ann (Boone) of Perry, OK in 1948 in Newcastle, Wyoming and to this union 3 sons were born; Steve, Dave and Dan. Carl was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. His greatest joy in life was his family. He enjoyed fishing and woodworking and was a member of the Masonic Lodge of Perry. Carl coached for many years, including his son"s baseball teams. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Perry, where he served as a deacon. Mr. Jackson passed from this life to be with his Lord and Savior on April 14, 2009 at the Perry Memorial Hospital.
