Catrina Charity Pettit passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 26, 2020 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was 41. Funeral services have been entrusted to the care of Dighton-Marler Funeral Home of Perry.
Catrina was born April 25, 1979 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Wyaconda Dunagan . She grew up in the Guthrie area and graduated Guthrie High School in 1997. She married Charles Pettit on March 22, 2001 in Perry, Oklahoma where they made their home and raised their children. Her family was especially important to her. She loved spending time with them every chance she got. She also loved taking nature walks, listening to music, reading, and spending time in the country.
Survivors include her husband Charles of the home; five children, Ronald Lee Dean, II, Heather Dunagan, Camaron Pettit, James Pettit, and Esther Pettit all of Perry, Oklahoma; her mother, Wyaconda Dunagan; six siblings, Trevor Dunagan and wife Sandy of Perry, Oklahoma, Reva Gillinger and husband Joe of Perry, Oklahoma, Daniel Cummings, Freddy Cummings and wife Krissy, Leo Cummings and wife Christy, Brandon Cummings all of Saginaw, Michigan; three grandchildren, Archie Pettit, Clark Pettit, and Ella Dean; Several cousins, aunts, and uncles. She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents; two uncles, William Dunagan, and Walter Dunagan; Father-in-law and Mother-in-law, Wesley and Linda Pettit Graham.
Visitation will be Friday, January 1, 2021 from noon until 8pm. A Celebration of Catrina’s life will be on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at 12:00PM at Dighton-Marler Funeral Home in Perry. Bill Bible will officiate.
