Charles Chuck Bradley

Charles Chuck Bradley, 76, formerly of Stillwater, Oklahoma, passed away quietly in Las Vegas, Nevada, on July 14, 2014. He was born April 28, 1938, in Ponca City, Oklahoma. His family moved to Stillwater when he was a boy, and he attended St. Francis Xavier Catholic School and Stillwater Public Schools. He joined the U.S. Naval Reserves and served for two years. He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
In 1963, Chuck married Patricia Henry. He had worked with his father and brothers in the familys Bradley Plumbing and Electric Company and later owned Ranch Acres Development and Bradley Manufacturing. Over the years, Chuck was active in the DeMolays, Lambda Chi Alpha, the JayCees, and the Las Vegas Stock and Options Club.
In 1988, he and Patricia relocated to Arizona and then settled in Nevada where they have lived for the past 19 years. Chuck received a diagnosis of cancer in July of last year and underwent treatment. The cancer spread to the brain, and he was hospitalized and then entered hospice on July 4 of this year. His young grandchildren were a great joy to Chuck. He and Pat visited them and traveled with them. In between cancer treatments, he visited his grandchildren in Virginia.
Chuck is survived by his wife of 51 years, Patricia Henry Bradley, of Las Vegas, Nevada; his son, Michael Bradley, of Las Vegas, Nevada; his daughter, Candyce Bradley Andujar; son-in-law, Roberto C. Andujar, US Army COL, RET; grandson, Jonathan; and granddaughter Arabella, of Woodbridge, Virginia; and his brother, Ronnie Bradley, of Stillwater. He was pre-deceased by his parents John Roy Bradley, Sr., and Minnie Reynolds Bradley; and siblings Wanda Bradley Brown and John Roy Bradley, Jr.
Growing up, Chuck was a DeMolay and his son Mike is a lifetime Mason. DeMolay is an organization dedicated to preparing young men to lead successful, happy, and productive lives. Memorial Service will be held on Friday, August 8, 2014 at 2:00p.m. at the Palmer Marler Funeral Home Chapel in Stillwater, Oklahoma with Pastor Randall Newby officiating .
