Charles Frank Milligan

Memorial services for Charles Frank Milligan, 55, of Perkins, OK will be announced at a later date. Services are under the direction of Palmer Marler Funeral Home, Stillwater.
Charles was born on March 11, 1953 in Ponca City, OK to Max and Vera Irene (Crook) Milligan. He grew up and attended schools in Ponca City. He joined the United States Army on December 14, 1973 and served his country in Germany. He was honorably discharged on December 3, 1976. He married Tina Marie Campbell on January 22, 2000 in Perry, OK. His hobbies included fishing, gambling, and shooting guns. He was a member of the North American Fishing Club. Charles passed from this life on Saturday, December 27, 2008 in Stillwater, OK where he was surrounded by his loving family.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one stepson, Brett Webb; and one brother, Ebert Milligan.
He is survived by his wife, Tina of the home; one daughter, Tanya Hise of Stillwater, OK; three stepsons, Daniel Webb, Jr. of Stillwater, OK, Bobby Webb of Ripley, OK, and Brent Webb of Perkins, OK; two brothers, Bobby Milligan and his wife Janie and Max Roy Milligan and his wife all of Tonkawa, OK; two sisters, Paula Bibles of OK and Sue Neeley of OK; ten grandchildren; and numerous extended family and friends
