Connie Sue Bartley

Connie Sue Bartley, 64 of Morrison, Oklahoma passed away Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at her
home in Morrison. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Dighton Marler Funeral Home of Perry.
A Celebration of Connie’s life is scheduled for 1:00PM Saturday, December 30, 2017 at Hilltop Country Church in Morrison. Rev. Russell Hughes will officiate.
Connie was born September 28, 1953 in Colorado Springs to Bartley and Edith (Wheeler) Winters.
She grew up in Colorado Springs, Colorado and attended High school in Canon City, Colorado.
Connie loved to cook, meals at her home were impressive and much more. She loved to garden and her
flowers were always amazing. She was active in the food bank at the Church and enjoyed it immensely.
Laughter and fun was natural for her. She will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her children, Doug Lawhead of Morrison, Oklahoma., Mellany Solis and husband Jamie of Canon City, Colorado. Brian Lawhead and wife, Misty of Fort Worth, Texas. One sister; Doris
Kruse and husband Terry of Elizabeth, Colorado. Two brothers Hollis Winters and wife, Ellen of Gassville, Arkansas and Richard Winters and wife, Connie of Arkansas. Thirteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Bartley and Edith Winters, one brother, nephew, neice, two grandchildren.
