David Ray Ball

David Ray Ball was born on January 24, 1958, and passed from this earthly life on March 3, 2025. David was born to Robert Stremlow and Laurel Annette Ball in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. David was later joined by sisters Carla, Connie, and Ruth Ann, as well as brother Robert. Laurel later married Dee Ball, who took David as his own, with Robert’s approval. 

David attended school in Oklahoma City where he met the love of his life, Betty Ann. They married on September 15, 1978, and began their lives together, growing their family. David had a love for classic cars like no other. That passion carried over into his enthusiasm for almost anything mechanical. He shared that love and wisdom with everyone he met, especially his children and grandchildren. 

David was preceded in death by his parents, Laurel Annette Ball, Robert Stremlow and Dee Ball, as well as grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. 

David leaves behind his loving wife, Betty, daughter Debra and husband Matt, son Joe and wife Desirae, grandchildren Blaine Kuehl (Kasi), Colin and Madison Davis, Destiny Pennewell and Deacon Skidgel, as well as cousins, nieces and nephews. He will be missed deeply by all who knew him. 

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, March 7, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. at Dighton Marler Funeral Home in Stillwater.
