Dennis Lee Harrison

Dennis walked to the beat of his own drum, always doing things his way. He was a devout Christian, always wore his best suits and took great care to tie intricate knots on his ties every Saturday before Church. He always looked good and smelled good on Saturdays. Dennis also ran the sound system for his church and loved his congregation. 

Dennis and his wife Sadie were ballroom dancers for several years. After Dennis took private lessons from Barbara Wells he became quite accomplished, and he and Sadie went to many dances together. 

Dennis was a master carpenter.  He could build anything and fix almost everything.  He took great pride in all that he created. 

For several years Dennis built Mountain Banjos and sold them worldwide, some going to England, some to Australia and some here in the United States. Each one was unique and bore his signature. Some were custom made for individuals. 

Dennis helped people with remodels and worked for himself for 30 some years, he was an amazing man with varied talents and will be missed by many.
