Dianne Staggs

Deloris "Dianne" Staggs, 55, of Ponca City, Oklahoma passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 surrounded by her family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Palmer Marler Funeral Home of Stillwater. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at 2:00pm at Longwood Cemetery in Ponca City, OK, officiated by Chaplin Mike Sweetman.
Dianne was born on January 9, 1962 in Ponca City, Oklahoma to Don and Lola (Barham) Hiser. She grew up and attended school in Ponca City, Oklahoma. She worked as a clerk in different retail settings. Dianne was known for having a big heart, bright smile, and a smart mouth. She loved the "simple life", spending time with her family and friends, and listening to AC/DC. If you knew her and she liked you, then you would get the "one finger" wave!
Survivors include:
Spouse - Brett Clinton, of the home.


Son - Rick Staggs, Jr. and wife, Erin of Ponca City, OK


Two step-daughters - Ashley Clinton of Ponca City, OK, and Lori Sanchez of Blackwell, OK


Nine grandchildren Chase Lay, Tyler Lay, Haleigh OConner, Hollie OConner, Blake Staggs,
Aalyah Sanchez, Sofi Sanchez, Trayton Gobber, Timberly Gobber.

Two sisters - Donna Springer and husband, Mike of Ponca City, OK
Darla Scrimsher of Medford, OK.
Two brothers - Darrell Hiser of Medford, OK, and Lyndell Hiser of Ponca City, OK.
Niece Amy and husband, Jeremy Dent


Two nephews Michael Springer, and Matt Springer and wife, Carrie
Other friends that she considered family Shelby Johnston, and Mellisa Lay and husband, Joe.
Dianne was preceded in death by her husband, Rick Staggs, Sr. in 2008, and her parents.
Family requests memorial donations be made to Palmer Marler Funeral Home to help offset funeral expenses.
