Mrs. Smith was born on February 1, 1942 to Carl Leo and Elenor (Koch) Meyer in Cincinnatti, Ohio and passed from this life on June 13, 2007 in Oklahoma City, OK at the age of 65 years. She grew up and attended school in Reading, Ohio and graduated in 1960. She married Gerald Smith January of 1961 in Reading, Ohio and later moving to Lucien, Oklahoma where she was a member Lucien Methodist Church. Her hobbies included fishing and gardening.
