Edmund H. (Mr. Ed) Beshears

Edmund H. (Mr. Ed) Beshears age 70 of Stillwater died Saturday afternoon, April 10, 2010 at the family home surrounded by his family. His services have been entrusted to the care of the Palmer Marler Funeral Home of Stillwater and will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at the Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation for Mr. Ed will be held Tuesday from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. at the Palmer Marler Funeral Home in Stillwater. Lunch will be held at the Moose Lodge, 301 South Perkins Road following the service. Mr. Ed was born on August 6, 1939 in Pryor, Oklahoma and was the son of Florence and Roy Thomas deceased. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Mr. Ed and Kathy Stephens were married on April 3, 1992. Mr. Ed retired from Sangre Ridge Elementary School after twenty-two years of service. He is survived by his wife Kathy of the home; one daughter, Sona Williams; two grandchildren, Hailey and Charlie and their father Vinnie Price all of Stillwater; one sister, Gail Millard of Glenpool, numerous nieces, nephews, family members and many friends. In Lieu of flowers donations will be accepted by Bancfirst in memory of Mr. Beshears.
