Ann Bradley, a Stillwater resident, passed away Wednesday, March 26, 2014 in her home at the age of 78 years.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Palmer Marler Funeral Home in Stillwater, OK and will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 28, 2014 in the Palmer Marler Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be held in the Ft. Gibson National Cemetery, Ft. Gibson, OK.
The daughter of the late John Magee and Grace (Tallman) Magee, Ann was born May 5, 1935 in Thomas, OK. She grew up in Thomas, graduating from Thomas High School. Ann was united in marriage to Rex E. Bradley in Hydro, OK. They eventually made their home in Leadville, CO where she raised her family. After Rexs retirement from mining Ann worked as a manager of a nursing home in Canyon City, CO and her and Rex later managed a K.O.A camp ground in Greely, CO. Ann had also worked for the Greely Public School system where she was a cook. Ann and Rex eventually moved to Stillwater in 2007. In her later years she enjoyed being active in the Y.M.C.A., especially the senior exercise classes.
Many of Anns family and friends will remember her for her love of cooking, sewing, hunting, and fishing, but her greatest love was serving the Lord and her church.
Survivors include her husband Rex E. Bradley; three sons, Harold Ed Bradley, Ricky L. Bradley, and Donald Ray Bradley; one brother, Harold MaGee; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; several nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by one brother, Johnny MaGee Jr. and one sister, Mary Ruckman.
