Frank Allen Strotter

Frank Allen Strotter was born on December 15, 1943 in Ripley, OK to Forest and Beatrice (Williams) Strotter. He grew up and attended schools in the Ripley/Stillwater area. He moved to Boonville, MO when he was a teenager and graduated from Boonville High School. He entered into the United States Army on September 19, 1967 and fought in the Vietnam War. He was honorably discharged on September 18, 1969. He married Willard Ann Barnette on January 16, 1970 in Boonville, MO. They eventually relocated to Stillwater, OK. Frank passed away on Saturday, April 18, 2009 in Oklahoma City at the age of 65.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Troy Lee Williams; and one sister.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Ann, of the home; one brother, Junior Lee Williams of Wichita, KS; one aunt, Georgia M. Davis of Oklahoma City, OK; three sisters-in-law, Frieda Williams of Wichita, KS, Mary L. Eubanks and Martha L. Wright of MO; one devoted very special cousin, Calvin Vick of Stillwater; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Public viewing will be on Monday, April 20 from 2:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and Tuesday, April 21 from 8:00 A.M. until 8:00 P.M. Private family services are to be held. Services are under the direction of Palmer Marler Funeral Home, Stillwater.
