Gary Tubbs

Gary Carlos Tubbs, 57, of Stillwater, was born on September 15, 1952 in Pawnee, Oklahoma to Lula Tubbs. Carlos was educated in Pawnee Public Schools. He was employed for years as a construction worker. Carlos met Janice Sullivan in the 80's and from there 2 children were born, Carlissa and Marcel Sullivan. His hobbies were fishing, playing pool, and spending time with family and friends. On Oct.17, 2009, Carlos was called to his Heavenly Father to join his family; Lula Tubbs (Mother), Charlie and Coretta Tubbs (Grandparents), Leonard and Wilbert Tubbs (Uncles), Grace Garrett (Aunt).
Carlos leaves to cherish his memory his children Carlissa Sullivan, Oklahoma City Ok., Marcel Sullivan, Alexandria, Virginia. Four sisters Marilyn Johnson, Linda Atkinson, and Karla Swan all of Perry Oklahoma, Gwendolyn Whitlock, Wichita, Kansas. Three brothers Richard Tubbs Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Kendall Swan, Muskogee, Oklahoma, Curtis Swan, Wichita, Kansas. Two aunts Mary Osbourne, Wichita, Kansas, Betty Bell, Pawnee, Oklahoma and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins other relatives and friends.
