Georgiana McClure Kincaid

Georgiana McClure Kincaid, a life-long resident of Stillwater, Oklahoma, passed away on June 21, 2024 in Stillwater, OK at the age of 80.

Georgiana was born on September 24, 1943, in Ada, Oklahoma to Richard and Opha (Lowrimore) McClure. She grew up in Sulphur, OK and Graduated High School there in 1961. She attended East Central State College (Now East Central University) where she was pulled out by her Mother for receiving a failing grade in Square Dance Class; later after marriage she attended Oklahoma State University.

Georgiana married Bobby Patton on June 16, 1962 and they had 1 son. During this time she and her husband participated in the Sulphur Round Up Club and were very civic minded.

They later relocated to Stillwater, Oklahoma and during her early years in Stillwater she was heavily involved with the Ag scene and received several honors such as: Honorary Chapter Farmer with the Stillwater FFA Chapter, Oklahoma Junior Angus Association Advisor, Ladies Showmanship Winner of the Junior Angus Preview Show and Stillwater 4-H & FFA Booster Club Supporter of the Year along with many other accomplishments. During this time, she also helped manage and run the families successful hog farm.

She later married Andrew Kincaid on December 22, 1990 in Stillwater, OK. 

Together Georgiana and Andy were very active in the local community from Town & Country Theatre to the many projects, fairs and events through the Payne County Fairgrounds and Expo Center. 

Georgiana was Co-Owner of Kincaid Carriages along with her husband. She participated in many Stillwater Home Coming Parades that included Carriage rides to many Dignitaries and Local Celebrities. 

She participated in numerous Carriage Driving Competitions and Courses where she won many awards and ribbons. 

Georgiana and Andy also attended Cross Brand Cowboy Church in Stillwater.

Throughout her professional career she worked in the banking business at Stillwater National Bank from 1979-1990, 1991-1992 at State National Bank in Frankfort, KY where she relocated with her husband Andy for a brief time and later returned to Stillwater National Bank from 1992-2012 until her retirement for a combined 33 years. 

Georgiana was preceded in death by her parents.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband Andrew Kincaid of Stillwater, OK; Her Son Noal Patton and Wife Julie of Shawnee, OK, Step Daughter Angela Young and Husband Tyrone of Altus, OK. Grandsons Cody Patton and Wife Courtney of Madill, OK, Tanner Patton and Wife Kayla of Lone Grove, OK; Noah, Ellias & Amira Young all of Altus, OK. 6 Great-Grandchildren Jonah, Payte, Pryce, Kendall, Kinsley & Sadie Patton, as well as many other family members and friends.

The family would like to express their sincere appreciation and a special Thank you to the Staff at Westhaven Nursing Home and Karman Legacy Hospice for their care and the love they showed Georgiana during her last few days. 

The family will have a private memorial at a later date.
