Herman Lee Rieman

Herman Lee Rieman Herman Lee "Tot" Rieman 86, of Perry, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 in the Stillwater Medical Center. His services have been entrusted to the care of the Palmer Marler Funeral Home of Perry, and will be held on Monday, July 2, at 2:00 pm at the Zion Lutheran Church. Viewing will be available on Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Sunday from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Herman was born March 2, 1926 in Sumner, Oklahoma to John and Susanna Rieman. Herman grew up in Sumner. On September 3, 1960 he married Nettie Mae Shoup at the Zion Lutheran Church. Herman drove a Sumner school bus, and later became a grader operator for Noble County District 3. Herman enjoyed farming, where he milked cows, raised cattle, hay, and wheat. He was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church. He was a volunteer fireman and served on the Sumner Fire Department Board. Herman is survived by his wife, Nettie; daughter Brenda "Sue" Sullins and husband Mike of Perry, grandchildren Abigail Sullins and Justin Mistler, great grandchildren Tyler Berg, and Cilas Mistler step-sons, Ricky Cox, of Perry, Darrell Cox and wife Theresa , of Oklahoma City, Paul Cox and wife Donna, of Perry; step-daughters, Kathy Nida and husband Ralph, of Perry, Linda Pritchett and husband Kenneth, of Perry, a brother, Bill Rieman and wife Imogene, of Barnsdall, Oklahoma, a sister, Juanita Gerken, of Perry, a sister in law, Vivian Rieman, step-grandchildren, Michelle Hunsucker, Misty Thomas, Cheryl Guilfoyle, his favorite dog "Sissy" and numerous other nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Henry John "Hinie" Rieman. Condolences for the family may be left on an online guestbook at perrycares.com.
