HERMAN THEODORE HANSEN Funeral services for Herman Theodore Hansen, age 85, of Perry, OK are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 26, 2007 at the Sumner Cemetery with Chaplain Gene Owens and Pastor Albert Quick officiating. Mr. Hansen was born on September 7, 1922 in Burnham, Missouri to Carl and Sally (Woods) Hansen. He grew up and attended school in Burnham until the 8th grade, later moving to Oklahoma at the age of 16. Mr. Hansen married Cora Haley on January 11, 1946 in Morrison, OK. He was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Morrison, OK and was in the construction business most of his life. His hobbies included: gardening, hunting and pouring cement, especially every year on his birthday. Mr. Hansen was a family oriented man and he loved his family dearly. Herman passed from this life on September 22, 2007 at the age of 85 years at his home. He is survived by: Wife Cora of the home. 3 Sons: Don "Bud" Hansen and wife Gloria of Pawnee, OK, Steven Wayne Hansen and wife Lisa of Copell, Texas, John Mark Hansen and wife Jessica of Azele, Texas. 1 Daughter: Janis Mayo of Perry, OK. 9 Grandchildren, 12 Great-Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by: his parents, 1 Daughter: Lydia Webb, 1 Son: Timothy Hansen, 1 Great-Grandson: Justin Corn, 2 Brothers: John and Delbert Hansen, 5 Sisters: Neva Rupp, Leona Gerlt, Tracilee Rupp, Vivian McDonald, Vera Deffenbaugh.
