Jacqueline Marie Mains

Jacqueline Taschler Mains, 90, beloved wife, mother, nana, sister, and friend, passed away on Thursday, April 29, 2021 in Stillwater, Oklahoma. She was born on May 12, 1930 in Oil City, Pennsylvania to John R Taschler and Josephine (Sulkoske) Taschler. Jacqueline grew up in Bradford, Pennsylvania and later went to Seaton Hill College obtaining a bachelor’s degree in nutrition.
She married Gilbert Mains on August 25, 1951 in Bradford, Pennsylvania a St. Bernards Church. She was devoted to her husband of 70 years, her daughters, and grandchildren.
Jacquline ws lovingly cared for by Barbara Charles, Mollie Rupert, Brenda Stone, Beckie Roberts, Carol Roberts, Linda Creekmore and Carri Hoffman.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and brother John R. Taschler Jr.
She is survive by her husband of 70 years Dr Gilbert J Mains, her children, Kathleen and her husband LTC Ronald E. Misak USA RET, Barbara Twist and husband Charles Twist, her siblings Dorothy Ann Hoerner, Bonnie Marie Taschler-Burr as well as her grandchildren, Evan R Misak, Brianna J Duncan and her husband Colton Duncan USAF, and Allison M Twist. She is also survived by her grand dogs, Oppis, Valkyrie, Audie and Josie.
