Janna Kay Christiansen

Janna Kay Christiansen, 52, of Stilllwater passed from this life on Monday, Sept 1, 2014 in Oklahoma City, OK. Services have been entrusted to the care of Palmer Marler Funeral Home and a service celebrating her life will be held at 10am on Friday, Sept 5, 2014 at the Palmer Marler Funeral Home in Stillwater. Interment will follow at Fairlawn Cemetery in Stillwater, OK.
Janna was born on November 24, 1961 in Stillwater, OK to Darrell Christiansen and Wilma June (Blaylock) Rosheim. She attended schools in the Lawton area. Following her schooling, Janna began a decade long career working as a cake decorator for the Johnsons Bakery in Lawton. During this time she also began her family by giving birth to her two daughters Christina and Tiffany and son Zachery.
In the mid 1990s, Janna relocated her family to the Stillwater area and began working in various aspects of the banking and loan industries. She was a hard worker and spent over 20 years as a banker before her declining health forced her into an early retirement.
Janna was an outspoken and independent woman who loved to have a good time. She always enjoyed spending time with her family and was never happier than when she was with her grandchildren. Janna was a loving mother, a proud grandmother, a loyal employee and a trusted friend and she will be missed by all who knew her.
Janna was preceded in death by her father Darrell Christiansen and an aunt and uncle Stanley and Colleen Green and her aunt Myrna. She is survived by her mother Wilma June Blaylock Rosheim. Three children: Christina Enko-Snow and husband Nathaniel Snow, Tiffany Enko and Zach Hamilton. Six grandchildren: Jamillah, Kahliyah, and Malik Enko, as well as Ethan, Rebecca, and Lauren Snow. A sister-in-law Annette Christiansen and 2 nephews Erik and Jacob Christiansen.
