Jeffrey Erve Bules

Jeffrey Erve Bules, 51, of Stillwater was welcomed into the arms of his Heavenly Father on April 30, 2013 after ultimately sacrificing his life while battling lymphoma. Jeff was born on February 20, 1962 in Enid, OK to Marvin and Dorothy Jean (Davis) Bules. Jeff was a graduate of the Pond Creek High School class of 1980. Following his graduation, he attended Oklahoma State University, and was a member of Alpa Gamma Rho Fraternity. Jeff went to work for Kent Farms in Pond Creek, a job he enjoyed for more than 12 years. Jeff moved to Medford, OK and began a 16 year career as the parts manager for Kretchmar Distributing. Recently, Jeff moved to Stillwater, OK to accept a position as an inside lawn and garden specialist with Lowes.
When Jeff was not working, he enjoyed spending time with his family, skiing, and metal detecting. Jeff was a selfless and generous man who enjoyed life. He will be remembered as a dedicated family man, a loving husband, a proud father, a caring grandfather, and a loyal friend. Jeff will be missed by all whom he loved and inspired during his amazing 51 years of life.
Jeff Bules is survived by his wife: Alice Bules and daughter Michelle Bules, both of Stillwater, OK. Two sons and their families: Chad Bules, wife Brandi, and grandchildren Macy, Everett and Myla Bules of Broken Arrow, OK. Brad Bules, wife Ashley, grandchildren, Braden and Ava, of Austin, Texas. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Jean Bules, and grandchildren Makena and Grayson Bules.
Services have been entrusted to the care of Palmer Marler Funeral Home of Stillwater. Jeff was a private person and never wanted to be the center of attention. In keeping with Jeffs wishes, no memorial service will be held and Jeffs ashes will be scattered atop the Colorado Rocky Mountains where he loved to ski with his family. The family request that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Jeff Bules Memorial Fund at either First State Bank of Pond Creek or Stillwater National Bank. Proceeds from this fund will go toward Michelle's College and Medical bills.
