Memorial services for Jennifer Lyn Johnson, 49, of Stillwater, OK are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 9, 2008 at Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church with the Reverend Sally Houck officiating. Services are under the direction of Palmer Marler Carberry Funeral Home.
Jennifer was born on July 29, 1958 in Wooster, OH to Ronald and Sally (Shamel) Johnson. She grew up and attended elementary schools in Wooster, OH later moving to Tennessee where she graduated high school. She moved, along with her family, to Stillwater in 1981. She attended Meridian Technology Center where she received her certification as an LPN. She was a member of Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church. Jennifer passed from this life on July 5, 2008 in Stillwater, OK.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Denetia Johnson; one uncle, John Shamel; and one nephew, Aaron Budewig.
Jennifer is survived by her brother, Scott Johnson and wife Lisa of Roanoke, TX; one sister, Melissa Burrows of Stillwater; one uncle, Phillip Shamel and wife Jackie of Denton, TX; three nieces, Ashton Budewig, Kara Lawson and Hailey Johnson, two nephews, Austin Budewig, and Brendan Johnson and one great nephew, Dakota Alexander.
