Keith D. Shields

Keith Dwayne Shields, 63, of Stillwater, Oklahoma passed away Wednesday, November 13, 2019 in Stillwater, Oklahoma surrounded by his family. Cremation services have been entrusted to the care of Dighton-Marler Funeral Home of Stillwater. Private family services provided by the family.
Keith was born September, 1, 1956 in Nimitz, Germany to Jimmie S. and Nina Christine (Maxwell) Shields. After graduating high school, he followed in his fathers’ footsteps and joined the United States Army to serve his country as well. He retired from OSU in Stillwater after several years in the landscaping department. He and Renee Clinton were married on December 24, 2012 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Together they enjoyed the last seven years together.
He is survived by his wife Renee of the home; six children, James Shields of Oklahoma City, OK., Jonna Shields of Stillwater, OK., Michelle Norton and husband Brent of Perry, OK., Marshall Hall of Stillwater, OK., Robert Hall of Corpus Christy, TX., and Daniel Alexander of Stillwater, OK; two brothers, Mike Shileds of Stillwater, OK., and Christopher “PeeWee” Shields of Chicago, IL; five grandchildren, Bethany Hall, Aaralynn Alexander, Kaylee Norton, Elizabeth Alexander, and Dominick Norton. He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Jimmy Shields.
