Kenneth Evans

Kenneth F. Evans, Jr., 69, passed away Saturday, December 15, 2007, in Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, PA. He was born February 10, 1938 in Shawnee, OK, to Kenneth F. Evans, Sr. and Opal (McFarland) Evans. Mr. Evans was a 1956 graduate of Levelland High School, Levelland, Texas and attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. He retired as a senior vice- president of Private Brands for Bank of America. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sarabeth (Powell) Evans, his father, Kenneth F. Evans, Sr., and his grandmother, Mable (Walker) McFarland of Perry, OK. Survivors include: mother, Opal M. Evans of Hutchinson, KS; sons, Bryan Keith Evans and Bradford Kirk Evans both of Allentown, PA; daughter, Kelly (Evans) Flowers of Walnutport, PA; grandsons, Chad Flowers, Jason Flowers, Ryan Evans and Zachary Evans all of PA; sisters, Karen Evans of Hutchinson, KS, and Kathy (Evans) Tatum of Madisonville, TX; 3 nephews, 2 nieces, 6 great-nephews and 3 great-nieces. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, January 12th at the Sumner Cemetery, Sumner, OK with Rev. Vaughn Tatum officiating. Local arrangements entrusted to Perry Funeral Home, Perry OK.
