Kiley Jay Bollinger, 21, of Blackwell passed from this life on February 14, 2016. Services have been entrusted to the care of Palmer Marler Funeral Home of Stillwater. A service celebrating Kileys life will be held at the Perkins Church of the First Born at 404 E. 92nd in Stillwater at 1:00pm on Saturday, Feb 27, 2016.
Kiley was born in Sacramento, CA on October 31, 1994, the middle of three children born to Julius Marvin and Laurie Ann (Grimes) Bollinger. The family moved from California to Oregon for a couple of years, before moving to Blackwell in 2008. At a young age, she was baptized into the General Assembly and Church of the First Born. She attended Blackwell High School and graduated with the Class of 2013. While at BHS, Kiley was a member of the National Honor Society, Superintendants Honor Roll, FCCLA, as well as BancFirsts Bank Board program. She began working at Braums in Blackwell during high school and she made many friends there during her nearly 5 years of service.
Kiley was an independent, out-going, and stubborn girl with a strong determination to put her mark on this world. She had a good spirit about her and would go to great lengths to put a smile on someones face, often embarrassing or surprising her friends or family members by her silly antics. She collected anything and everything she could find with a mustache on it and she had a profound love for coffee, a trait she certainly inherited from watching her father. Kiley was also a professional at snap chatting, bacon eating, scrabble playing, and listening to music.
Above all else, Kiley was a beautiful and honest girl who lived out her faith in God by the way she chose to love and treat those around her. Kiley packed more life into her short 21 years than most people could fit in 100 years and her family finds peace in knowing that her legacy of unbridled kindness and sincere compassion will live on through the lives of those who knew her best.
She is preceded in death by her two siblings Star and Logan Bollinger, uncle Henry Bollinger, and grandma Jan Hoffman. Kiley is survived by her loving parents, Julius and Laurie Bollinger; two siblings, Megan Ann Grove and Brandie Bollinger; one niece, Emmalynn Grove; paternal grandparents, Fred and Joan; maternal grandparents, Sue and Mike Martin; three aunts, Lalena Turner, Connie Bollinger and Katina Chance; two uncles, Michael and Kris Martin; two great-aunts Nina and Betty Ledford; She also leaves behind a second family, whom she adored, Glenn, Jane, Rebecca, Sara, and Brent, as well as numerous cousins and friends.
