Kyton Allen Rice-Bowman passed away on February 28, 2011, the day he was born, in Oklahoma City. Survivors include his parents, Shannon Rice and Ross Bowman of Glencoe; half-brother, Sebastian Stephens and grandparents, Rex and Debra Bowman and Randy and Karen Rice. Services have been entrusted to Palmer Marler Carberry Funeral Home of Stillwater and will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2011 at the Palmer Marler Funeral Chapel.
