Leslie Bates Sloan

Leslie Leeann (Bates) Sloan was born May 23rd, 1983 in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Leslie seized every opportunity to live a fulfilling life and loved being around her family especially her two kids, Braxton and Brooklyn Sloan, or at the casino with her brother, Jessie and mother. Leslie grew up in Morrison, OK and was able to leave a piece of her with everyone she met. She had a larger than life personality, stand out tattoos, and even bigger love for her children. Leslie fought a long hard battle to stay on this earth for her children and family. Leslie went home to be with the lord on Friday July 15th, 2022 in Stillwater.

She is preceded in death by her brother, T.J Bates, and sister, Tammy Weaver; grandma, Joan Weaver and grandpa Montie Adams.

Leslie is survived by her children, Braxton and Brooklyn; parents, Terry and Barry Adams of Morrison. Willie Bates of Stillwater. Siblings, Jessie Bates and wife Ashley Bates, Casady Adams and Morgan Braswell, Cody Adams and Vanna Walker, Tiffany and Ryan Schick, Chad and Melanie Saunders, Torrance Adams and Mickella Adams. Many neices and nephews; aunts, uncles and cousins.

A Celebration of Leslie’s life will be held on Friday July 22nd, 2022 at 1:00 p.m at Dighton-Marler Funeral Home in Stillwater. Services have been entrusted to Dighton Marler Funeral Home, Stillwater, Ok.
