Lorraine Ann Williams

Lorraine Ann Williams, 59, of Stillwater, passed from this life on Friday, May 27, 2011, surrounded by her loving family. Services have been entrusted to the care of Palmer Marler Funeral Home of Stillwater. A memorial service celebrating Lorraines life will be held at Palmer Marler Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday June 2, 2011 at 2:00pm. Lorraine was born on November 17, 1951 in Long Beach, CA to Wayne and Lorraine Elder. She grew up and attended schools in the Long Beach, CA area. On June 22, 1970 she married the love of her life, James E. Williams. Lorraine and James spent more than 35 yrs together, raising their daughter and three sons. They moved from Long Beach, CA to Baton Rouge, LA before finally settling in Stillwater, OK. James passed away on October 26, 2005.
Lorraine worked the majority of her life as a homemaker. She enjoyed sitting outside, cooking, watching movies and Walker, Texas Ranger. More than anything else, she loved spending time with her family, especially her 8 grandchildren.
Lorraine Williams is preceded in death by her parents, her brother Dean Elder, and her loving husband James E. Williams. She is survived by her daughter, Christina Reagan. Three sons: Richard Williams, Michael Williams Sr., and Jonathan Casper Williams. One sister, Valarie Ferrell. 8 Grandchildren: Shane Reagan Jr., Joseph Reagan, Jacob Reagan, Michael Williams Jr., Mackenzie Williams, Cameron Williams, Brooklyn Williams, James E. Williams, and a grandson, Kyle Williams, expected to be born on July 15, 2011.
Lorraine was a loving mother, a caring grandmother, and a trusted friend. She will be greatly missed by all those who have been lucky enough to share their lives with her. Condolences can be sent to the family via an online guestbook at pmcfh.com.
