Mark Edwin Barzee

Mark Edwin Barzee Sr. was born December 10th, 1957 in Syracuse, NY. He lived in Stillwater, OK and passed away on October 7th 2015 in his home. Preceded in death by his father and mother, Edwin Harry Barzee and Sharron Jean Walberger, and by his first wife, Patty Barzee.
Mark graduated high school from Phoenix High School and served in the United States Army 101st Airborne as a Staff Sergeant and Paratrooper. After his military career he became a long haul truck driver for more than 30 years. He loved to be behind the wheel of a rig on the open highway. He loved cars and motorcycles; one of his favorite pass times was to build model cars. He was very good with his hands and could build or fix almost anything. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
Mark was survived by his wife Billie Barzee. His five children Amelia Loomis, Mark Barzee Jr. , Mylo Barzee, Brandan Barzee, and Travis Barzee. Ten grandchildren Zachory Barzee, Alex Loomis, Connor Loomis, Brayden Barzee, Gabriel Barzee, Travis Barzee Jr., Kamrynn Barzee, Alexander Barzee, Jaxon Barzee, and Trystan Barzee. Mark was a father to many other children; he took multiple kids in and treated them like they were his own. He was a truly a great man and will be greatly missed by many.
Services will be held at St. Francis Xavier Church in Stillwater Oklahoma on Saturday October 24th at 10:00 am.
