Mark Robert Nelson

Mark Robert Nelson, 54, dearly loved husband, father and brother died Monday September 17th 2007 in Ft. Worth, Texas. The family will greet friends at Palmer Marler Carberry Funeral Home from 6-8 Friday, September 21, 2007. Graveside services will be Saturday at 10:30 AM at Fairlawn Cemetery. He was born December 16, 1952 in Stillwater, to Dr. Harold G. Nelson and Mildred Faye Nelson. He graduated from Stillwater High School in 1970 and worked for many years in restaurant management. His skill and love of home improvement projects led him into a career change in the 1990s when he moved into the remodeling business. He was predeceased by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Deb of Ft. Worth, Texas, two daughters: Brandi Nelson and Tiffany Nelson, Stepdaughters: Tabitha Edwards and husband, Carl and Samantha Gillingham, and children, Alex and Mackenzie Gillingham and Aiden Morris all of the Dallas area, brothers: John of Lakeway, Texas, Kris Berger and husband, Jerry of Stillwater and Linda Coughlin and husband, Pat of Nacogdoches, Texas and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
