Michael Don Stotts passed away Sunday, December 26th, 2021 at the age of 66. His life was cut short due to several medical battles. Despite all the pain and suffering he fought hard all the way to the end.

Michael was born on March 26th, 1955 in Elk City where he was raised until his family moved to the farm just outside Lucien at around 5 years old. He attended Hayward Public School in his younger years and later transitioned to Covington Douglas Public School where he graduated in 1974.
Michael was married to his best friend Brenda for 45 years and they lived most of their life on the farm where he was raised. They moved out to the farm to take care of his mother after his father passed away.
Michael was known by all as an extremely hard worker and a great problem solver. His careers included working in the oil field, various forms of construction, and a machinist for 18 years at Charles Machine works. If a job needed completed, he was the person you could depend on to get it done.
Michael enjoyed several hobbies including bull riding, camping, fishing, woodworking, gardening, and raising cattle. He was known as a master craftsman and could build almost anything out of metal or wood. One of his last major creations was building a custom sawmill from scratch to harvest his own wood from the farm for his various projects.
