Norma Jeanne Brock

Norma Jeanne Brock passed away Sunday the seventeenth of May, 2015.
She was born December 16, 1929 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to parents David (Ben) West and Viola (Buck) West. She was raised in the Perkins/Stillwater rural area.
She was a graduate of Perkins High School in Perkins, Oklahoma and the Oklahoma State School of Cosmetology in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
She married Kirby L. Brock October 9, 1948 and began their life in the Stillwater, Oklahoma area where they have resided since, while raising their two sons Kirby Jr. and Jon.
She was for many years an active member in the Payne County Extension and proud of the many awards she received during those years. Volunteering with the Payne County Election Board for many years she enjoyed seeing old friends as well as making new friends when they came in to cast their vote. She was a home keeper while assisting with their cattle operation and her husband's contracting business.
Norma is survived by husband Kirby along with their two sons and their wives Kirby Jr. and Diane, Jon and Mary Ann. Grandchildren Teri and Will, Great Grandchildren Lake, Brock, Cale and Luke. In addition there were many nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be at 2:00pm Tuesday May 26, 2015 at the Elm Grove Cemetery under the supervision of Palmer Marler Funeral Home, Stillwater, Oklahoma.
Norma may be visited between the hours of 8:00am to Noon Tuesday May 26, 2015 at the Palmer Marler Funeral Home.
