Pat Clayton Nickels

Mr. Pat Nickels of Perkins, Oklahoma passed away October 12, 2007 at the age of 75 years. Pat was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Van and Minnie Etheridge Nickels on December 12, 1931. He was a welder by trade and retired from Ortloff Oil Company. He loved country music and playing the guitar, fiddle, piano and organ. One of his greatest loves and accomplishments during his life was obtaining his private pilots license. Pat loved to fly. You could hear Pat saying at one time or another Im a man of all trades and a master on none. He loved his family and being with his friends. Pat is survived by is 1 Son: Woody Nickels of Copper Canyon, TX, 2 Daughters: Laura Marsh of Adams, Oklahoma and Patti Hayworth of Hooker, Oklahoma, 5 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother: Mack Nickels
