Phillip Templin

September 16, 1977 — September 6, 2014

Phillip Eugene Templin passed from this life on Saturday September 6, 2014 at the age of 36. Services have been entrusted to the care of Palmer Marler Funeral Home and family has requested to have a private services.

Phillip was born on September 16, 1977 in Tyler, Texas to Ronnie Lee Templin Sr. and Rita Gay (Mack) Roberson. He grew up in Athens, TX until the age of 11 when the Templin family moved to Stillwater. After completing his schooling, Phillip worked as a roofer with Robert Geer for many years. When he was not working, he spent time with family and friends and listened to music, the two loves in his life. Phillip married the love of his life, Lori Kindred, on February 5, 2001 in Oklahoma City, OK. They started their own family with the births of their children, HaeLee, Chayse, and Ethyn.
Phillip was a very outspoken person. Many times he did not filter what he was saying, especially if it was dealing with his two passions in life, family and music. Phillip was an animal lover and enjoyed taking care of the family dog, Chacho and the family pigs. He was a dedicated husband, father, and son. He had the biggest heart and always put others needs in front of his own. He will be missed by all.

Phillip is preceded in death by his grandparents Gene and Lorene Templin, Hilda Casey, and the family dog, Chacho.

He is survived by his wife Lori (Kindred) Templin; three children, HaeLee Orion Templin, Chayse Jesse William Templin, and Ethyn Eugene Templin; his mother, Rita Roberson; his father Ronnie Lee Templin, Sr., his dad Bill Scott; three siblings, Misty Gonzales and husband Adam, Becky Yahouza, and Ronnie Templin, Jr.; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the PLHCE College Fund at Stroud National Bank, 830 N. Main, Perkins, OK 74059.
