Phyllis Leona Goolsby

Phyllis Leona McKenney Goolsby, November 5, 1942 to November 9, 2007. Her warm heart cared for her family and many friends. She was active in the Cushing Piece Makers Quilting Guild. She will be remembered for her passion and creativity as an excellent seamstress and her delicious foods that she was always providing for her family and friends. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Dean Goolsby, three sons: Kevin Goolsby and his wife Susan of Little Rock, AR, Keenan Goolsby and his wife Abby of Columbus, Ohio and Kary Goolsby of NY, NY, three grandchildren: Halli and Jaime of Little Rock, AR and Peyton of Muskogee, Ok, one brother: Wesley McKenney of Gillette, Wyoming, one sister: Verla of Amarillo, TX. She is also survived by a host of friends who will truly miss her. Memorial service will be held 10:00 AM Tuesday, November 13, 2007 at Palmer Marler Carberry Funeral Home Chapel.
