RICHARD QUAY TENNISON
Richard Quay Tennison, age 76, of Stillwater, OK was born on January 13, 1934 to John and Molly Tennison in Springfield, MO and passed from this life on July 5, 2010 at his home in Stillwater, OK. Richard grew up and attended school in Sand Springs, OK. He later joined the United States Army, Marines, Navy and served his country faithfully in the Korean Conflict. Richard was owner/operator of Cowboy Construction for several years. Richard drove the school bus for the Stillwater Public Schools for the last 10 years. His hobbies included his children, grandchildren and driving the bus. Memorial Services for Richard are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Friday, July 9, 2010 at the Sunnybrook Christian Church with Pastor Paul Anderson officiating. Richard is survived by: Wife Dawn of the home. 3 sons; Richard Quay Tennison, Jr. and wife Beverly of Dallas, TX, Craig Tennison of Dallas, TX, Keith Tennison and wife Carrie of Broken Arrow, OK. 2 daughters; Rhonda Duck and husband Steve of Arkansas and Paula McGee and husband Aaron of Stillwater.
