RICKEY LYNN GRAMPP Funeral services for Rickey Lynn Grampp, age 55 of Stillwater, Oklahoma are scheduled for 10:00 am, Wednesday, December 20, 2006 at the Palmer-Marler-Carberry Funeral Home Chapel, with Deacon Bill Dunbar officiating. Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery, Stillwater, OK. Services are under the direction of Palmer-Marler-Carberry Funeral Home. Mr. Grampp was born on December 13, 1951 to Richard and Ina (Wells) Grampp in Durant, OK and passed from this life on December 15, 2006 in Stillwater, OK. He grew up and attended school in Fairview, OK graduating in 1970 and later attended OSU graduating in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science. Mr. Grampp married Karen Hitson on October 25, 1988 in Bentonville, Arkansas and later being part owner of Phillips Grampp Insurance Agency in Stillwater, OK. He was a member of the Stillwater Boat Club and his hobbies included boating, and just tinkering around with things. He enjoyed listening to music. The highlight of his life was his grandchildren and taking them to the OSU basketball games. Mr. Grampp was a member of the OSU Posse Club. He also was Past President of the (SAIFA) state and local Stillwater Chapter Association of Insurance and Financial Planning and and past qualifier of his industries million dollar round table. He is survived by: Wife: Karen of the home 1 Son: McGee Grampp of Oil City, Pennsylvania. 3 Daughters: Sandra Evans of Houston, TX Rhonda Curtis and husband Beau of Crescent, OK Erica Lightfoot and husband Ronald of Perkins, OK. 1 Brother: Larry Grampp and wife Katherine of Arvada, Colorado. 9 Grandchildren He was preceded in death by his parents Memorial contributions may be sent to American Lung Association or the American or Local Humane Society.
