Ruby Elizabeth Hadley

Ruby Elizabeth Hadley, age 89, of Stillwater went to her new home in Heaven Friday morning, November 6, 2009 at the Grace Living Center in Stillwater. Her funeral services have been entrusted to the care of the Palmer Marler Funeral Home of Stillwater and will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, November 10, 2009 in the Chapel of the Palmer Marler Funeral Home in Stillwater with Pastor Wayne Hardy officiating. Interment will follow in the Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation for Mrs. Hadley will be held Monday from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. at the Palmer Marler Funeral Home. Mrs. Hadley was born on December 3, 1919 in Maramec, Oklahoma the daughter of Lee and Retha (Johnson) Trimble. She grew up in Yale, Oklahoma and was united in marriage to Orlando Briscoe in 1934. He preceded her in death . She later was united in marriage to Gale Hadley and he preceded her in death two and a half years ago. She was a member of the Bible Baptist Church of Stillwater and a resident of Stillwater for several years. Mrs. Hadley was a homemaker. Ruby is survived by a son, Leroy Briscoe and wife Fran of Stillwater; a brother, Eldon Trimble and wife Dee Dee of Broken Arrow; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, a daughter LaRae Ogle, brother Tilden Trimble and a grandson Eldon Briscoe.
