Ruby Pearl Baugh

Ruby Pearl Baugh, 70, passed into the arms of her Lord on June 29, 2011 in Stillwater. Services have been entrusted to Palmer Marler Funeral Home and will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 2, 2011 at the Crosspointe Baptist Church with Reverend Norman Richmond presiding. Interment will follow at Glenwood Cemetery.
Ruby was born on August 14, 1940 to Burlison and Opal (Cathey) Baugh in Lubbock, Texas. She worked for 24 years at the Texas State Commission for the Blind. She was a member of Crosspointe Baptist Church and enjoyed collecting crosses. Throughout her life, she was a consummate caregiver who enjoyed lunch with her friends after church, caring for her family by providing love, affection, and support to her friends and family. Ruby also cared for numerous pets throughout her lifetime. In her spare time she enjoyed playing bingo, dominoes, and visiting her friends.
Ruby is survived by nieces Lavonne McClain, Deborah Klingel, Marilyn Parker, Vickie Potts, Ruby Schneider, Tammie Lessner; nephew James Ayres; and many, many great nieces and nephews, and friends.
Ruby was preceded in death by her parents Burlison and Opal Baugh, and sister Patsy Ruth Ayers.
Memorial Contribution may be made to the Crosspointe Baptist Church.
