Sandra Arndt

Sandra Kaye Ardnt, 55, passed away on Friday, July 3, 2015 at her home. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Palmer Marler Funeral Home. Family has requested no service at this time.
Sandra was born on July 5, 1959 in Lamar, Colorado to Alfred and Ellen (Gentz) Holland. She grew up in Canon City, CO. and graduated Canon City High School in 1977. After high school, Sandra worked in real estate management in Texas, which covered the Texas, Arizona, California, and Colorado areas. She wanted to further her education, so she received an Associates degree in agricultural business. While working for her degree, she gained her cosmetology license and worked as a Hair stylist. Sandra also owned a clothing store for a period of time.
In a previous marriage, Sandra had two children: Tasha and Tami. In the fall of 2000, Sandra married the love her her life, Ken Arndt. They had three children, Beau, Juliana, and Lilian. Sandra loved spending time with her family. She decided to be a stay at home mom, so she could spend time and raise her children right. She attended and supported her children in all their sport functions and recitals. When Sandra had free time, she would be found outside gardening, especially her roses and lilies, horseback riding, and spending time at the beach or in the mountains.
Sandra was a loving and caring wife, mother, sister, and daughter. She will be missed by everyone.
Sandra is preceded in death by her parents, and one sister, Vikki Galloway.
Sandra is survived by her husband, Ken Arndt; five children, Beau Arndt, Juliana Arndt, Lilian Arndt, Tasha Shelton, and Tami Brannon; four siblings, Barbie Stavely, Randy Seymour, Paula Novak, and Cindy Hiner; four grandchildren, Gage Phillips, Hudson Phillips, Taylor Shelton, and Jesse Shelton.
