Shelly Jean Mann, a cherished member of the community, passed away on August 7, 2024, in her hometown of Stillwater, Oklahoma, surrounded by her loved ones. Shelly was born on July 1, 1963, to Thomas and Norma Stanford in Stillwater, where she spent her formative years before graduating from C.E. Donart in 1981.

Throughout her life, Shelly touched the hearts of many with her grace, kindness, and unwavering love for her family. She leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion that will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Shelly is survived by her beloved husband, Mark, who stood by her side through thick and thin. She is also survived by her children, Haylee Mann, Bridget Mann, Zachariah Anderson, Mark Mann, and Thomas Mann. Shelly's grandchildren, Kylee Mann, Kaylee Lightman, Kevin Mann, Kayden Weaver, Zachariah Anderson Jr., Joshua Smith, Chase Mann, Summer Mann, and Paige Mann, as well as her great-granddaughter, Layla Smith, brought immense joy and pride to her life.

In this time of mourning, we remember Shelly for the love she shared, the memories she created, and the lives she touched. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.

Shelly is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Norma Stanford. As we come together to honor her life and legacy, let us find solace in the fond memories we shared with Shelly and the impact she had on us all.

May her gentle soul rest in eternal peace.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 P.M., on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at the First Christian Church in Stillwater.
