Stephen Steve Howard Hatfield

Stephen "Steve" Howard Hatfield Sr. , age 58, of Guthrie formerly of Perry passed from this life on March 3, 2010 at the Veterans Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK. Steve was born on July 27, 1951 to Jack Howard and June Helena (Remple) Hatfield in Lincoln, Nebraska. He grew up and attended school in Oklahoma City later receiving his GED. Steve enlisted into the United States Army in 1968 serving one year before being discharged for medical problems. His hobbies included; building model planes, trucks and etc., loved trees and working with his hands. Steve loved his job and looked forward to it each and every day but the highlights of his life were his family. Steve was a member and was saved at Capital Hill Assembly of God Church in Oklahoma City, OK. A celebration of Steve"s life will be at 11:00 am Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at the Calvary Baptist Church with Bro. Roger Dunn and Pastor David White officiating. Services have been entrusted to Perry Funeral Home. Steve is survived by; wife, Cynde of the home, 4 sons; Tom Williams and wife Audra of Midwest City, OK, Jon Hatfield and wife Angela of Oklahoma City, OK, Stephen "C.J." Hatfield Jr. and wife Lynsie of Midwest City, OK, Ryan Goodson and wife Heather of Syracuse, New York. 2 daughters; Robyn Pearson and husband Justin of Guthrie, OK and Haley Hatfield of the home. 5 grandchildren; Jacob, Allyson, Robert, Rylee and Adara. 1 sister; Sharon Nunn of Tucson, Arizona.
