Terri Jeanne Anderson

Memorial services for Terri Jeanne Anderson, 61, of Stillwater are scheduled for 3:00 P.M. Saturday, March 27, 2010 at the Unitarian Universalist Church with Reverend Carol Fincher officiating. Services are under the direction of Palmer Marler Funeral Home, Stillwater.
Terri was born on January 30, 1949 in Winner, SD to Iril Conn Lewis and Angie (Chudemalka) Lewis. She graduated from Presho High School in SD. After graduation, she attended Augustana College. She received a diploma from the University of South Florida and ABD from Oklahoma State University. Terri married Kurt Anderson on September 8, 1997 at Green Mountain Ranch in Rapid City, SD. She was a member of the National Geographic Society, North Shore Animal Shelter, and the National Wildlife Federation.
Terri loved birthdays and made it her mission never to forget those of her friends and family. Her hobbies included: bird watching, children and animals, gardening, Shakespeare, dancing, geography, history, Newsweek, cooking, friends and family, Montana, Thanksgiving, reading, hot baths, and wood stoves. Terri enjoyed watching The Young and the Restless and All My Children. She passed away on March 18, 2010 in Oklahoma City.
She was preceded in death by her father, Iril Conn Lewis and her loving dog, Bonie.
Terri is survived by her husband, Kurt Anderson; her mother, Angie Morehead; two sons, Paul Graves and Clint Anderson; two daughters, Ashley Graves and Erica Anderson; five grandchildren, David Kayne Graves, Ella Rayne Graves, Megan Jeanne Bennett, Taylor Ann Hautala, and Isabella Jade Anderson; two brothers, Mark Lewis and Mitch Lewis; two sisters, Connie Foster and Lisa Van Tassel; her loving dog, Ginga; her truck Old Blue; and her Buick Ladybird.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Terris name to the Stillwater Humane Society.
