Tommie Ray Majors, 72, of Perry passed away peacefully in his sleep
with his family on July 27th, 2021 in Perkins Oklahoma. He was born
September 26th, 1948 in Stillwater Oklahoma to Leo Ray Majors & Nellie
Mae (Bickell) Majors.
Tommie was a graduate of Stillwater High School. Tommie became an
auctioneer after working for the City of Stillwater for many years.
Tommie was a business owner in Stillwater for many years owning and
operating Tom’s Auction, a weekly furniture and consignment auction
and a furniture retail & rental store named T&M Furniture. Tom
enjoyed going to garage sales and auctions weekly with his family &
friends in the business. Tommie also enjoyed hanging with his friends
and telling lies at the local cafe. Tommie’s life forever changed on
September 8th, 2006 when he married the love of his life Darla Majors
in Stillwater.
Tommie was predeceased by his wife Darla, his parents Leo &
Nellie Majors and his younger brother Raymond F. Majors.
Survivors include his younger brother Larry Majors & wife Judy of Pea
Ridge Arkansas, Two Nieces & Two Nephews, Thirteen Great Nieces &
Nephews and many Great Great Nieces and Nephews he was Uncle Tommie to
many. Tom was a loved son, brother, husband, uncle & friend.
