Viola Ladonna Petermann was born on December 1, 1942 to Roy V. and Catherine S. Bailey (Skulley) of Guymon, OK. Ladonna graduated college at Panhandle State University in 1961 and became a teacher at Ralston, OK. On July 4th, 1965 she married William “Bill†Petermann in Guymon, OK.
